How to pull a transaction detail report from the Aloha BOH software.
Solution
When trying to determine ticket transactions not matching what Omnivore is expressing, details of transactions from Aloha are needed to compare to Omnivore's return of the same ticket(s). This aids in the identification of the issue to provide next steps.
Steps to Implement
Step 1
Open New Aloha Manager or Configuration Center.
Step 2
Go to Report>Aloha Point-of-Sale>Sales> Transaction Detail Report.
Step 3
Select the date(s) in question.
Step 4
Select view to confirm the proper report information is showing. Close if showing as expected.
Step 5
Select Print and save as PDF.
Caveats
In Configuration Center, confirm you have selected the proper store when logging in with access that allows visibility into all/more stores.
