Background
This is if you are unable to make edits on sections needed for what we do in CFC or AM.
If you make these changes you will need to change it back when you are done.
Steps to implement
- Go to Maintenance>Labor>Users
- Find the same number that the user logged in with and then check the security role.
- You can click the underlined security role for the next section as well
- Go to maintenance>labor>security roles
- It will ask you which BOH role you want to do this too.
- Once you are there scroll to the section you are having troubles with, and double check all the sections you will be using.
- Typical install sections include: terminals, jobcodes, employees, tenders, tender groups, items, sub menus, integrations. There can be others but those are the usual ones.
- Check all the boxes on the section you are looking for
- Once you have it all selected you will need to log out and back in to CFC or AM for the effects to take place.
