Omnivore Cloud Connect Integration Form
The Omnivore Aloha Cloud Connect integration utilizes Cloud Connect, to collect live time data from the Aloha POS through the NCR Real Time Pulse application. This cloud service pulls POS information such as menu data, employees, tenders, etc… All the data is pulled from the local dbf files located in the Data folder.

Required Information
There will be required information and settings put in place before getting a cloud connect location online. You will need the below completed and sent over. Once this is done we will connect the location and send back the all clear.
HASP Key Number
First you will need to confirm with the dealer what that HASP key is for the location you wish to integrate with cloud connect. This will be apart of the information sent over.
If you do not know what the locations HASP key is, you can email support@alohaenterprise.com
RUA Form
You will need to get an RUA form from the Aloha dealer and be signed by the owner of the location. This signed RUA will need to be submitted as part of the information sent over.
Real Time Pulse Verification
Before sending the information over, there needs to be a verification from the dealer that Real Time Pulse is enabled for the HASP key being sent.
