This just lets us know we are expecting a communication from Brink that an integration request is coming.
To onboard Brink locations, a Merchant must send a request to Brink to grant access to individual stores. When Brink processes the request they notify us directly with the information to provision the Location internally similar to our other Cloud integrations.
Per Brink's instructions, the request must come from the Merchant via an authorized individual. Additionally, Omnivore can only provision a Location with the information given directly from Brink, it cannot be forwarded from the Customer or Application Partner.
Below is a simple email template that can be used to contact Brink and have them enable access and send us the require information. Once the request has been sent, please use the Brink Location Submission Form linked at the top of this article and we'll make them available to you once Brink allows us to.
